AppMonster Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Picometer Inc. and users regarding the use of AppMonster.

The Company posts these Terms on the Service screen or notifies users by other means, and users must agree to these Terms to use the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Service

AI-based automatic web application generation, build, and deployment service.

2. User

Members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.

3. Tokens

Digital credits purchased to use the Service.

Article 3 (Membership and Account Management)

1. Registration

Users can register through Google or Naver social accounts.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for securely managing their account information.

3. Withdrawal

Users can request account withdrawal at any time.

Article 4 (Token Purchase and Usage)

1. Token Purchase

Users can purchase token packages through Toss Payments.

2. Token Usage

Tokens are consumed when generating web apps through AI chat.

3. Token Refunds

Refund requests are possible within 7 days if unused.

Article 5 (Service Provision and Limitations)

1. The Company analyzes user requirements through AI-based chat.

2. The quality of generated web apps may vary.

3. The Company may temporarily suspend service provision.

Article 6 (Ownership and Liability of Generated Web Apps)

1. Copyright for web apps generated by users belongs to the users.

2. Users bear legal liability for copyright infringement arising from content they input.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in prohibited activities.

The Company may restrict service use without prior notice.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
